This component includes the purchases needed to achieve the Project objective: the purchase of the COVID-19 vaccine for at least 2 million people; purchase of goods to prepare the health care system for vaccination against COVID-19 (equipment for cold chain, waste management measures); training of medical staff; development and implementation of the necessary information and telecommunication systems for conducting and monitoring vaccination. It will also support measures to further enhance testing capabilities at COVID-19.
